Lieutenant Burton,
Dr. Sartek of the Vulcan Science Institute has asked Starfleet for help in analyzing gas and liquids one of his research teams has recently collected while on mission in uncharted territory. End your shore leave on Risa within the hour and take the Paula Greene to Vulcan to pick up the samples Dr. Sartek has prepared. Then, bring them to Capt Amelia Adrel, who is in charge of the research team that will help Dr. Sartek, at the Daystrom Research Institute.

Our valiant crew made their way to Vulcan. Once in orbit, they contacted the lovely Dr. Sartek from the Vulcan Science Institute and prepared the away team that would go pick up the samples.

While enroute to Earth to deliver the sample to Dr. Adrel at the Daystrom Institute, environmental controls detected a leak coming from one of the samples. The crew works to contain the leak and prevent its spreading over the ship.
