CC: USS Paula Greene Senior Staff
From: Admiral William Crenshaw, Starfleet Command
Subject: Mission Orders, SD 10801.15
Commander;
I know you and your crew have only had a short shore leave, but, this is of the utmost importance.
You have 4 hours to recall your crew and stock your ship for an emergency aide run to Tau Bootis 6. There is a mining colony there.
They were attacked by renegades and their supplies are all but gone. You must reach them with the supplies.
Once you have reached them, find out as much as you can about who or what attacked them and report your findings.
That is all,
Admiral William Crenshaw,
Starfleet Command

Mission Overview
The governor of the mining colony has contacted the Paula Greene and told that the situation was under control. However the manner in which the governor has ordered the PG to stand down has raised alarms with the command staff. A distress signal has been received by the Galaxy class that a freighter is in distress, being torn apart by the graviton waves produced by the binary star system. The PG is responding.

Mission Overview
The PG has been forced to separate at the docking clamps. What was thought to be a faulty indicator in engineering was actually a docking clamp failing from stress. The CO used the manual docking controls to free the ship from the saucer section. But now is being dragged by her safety line as the ship moves out of the field.

Mission Overview
It was discovered that the Gorns were the ones that had taken the planet to use it as a base and hatchery. The rescued freighter captain was actually the true governor of the mining colony. The image the Paula Greene had been in communications with was no more than a decoy. The Gorns that had taken over the mining colony were driven off by destroying the planets weather control station. Sending the planet into a freezing temperature, making it unlivable for the Gorn.
